Could someone please post some case law of the consumer being awarded $1,000 per violation as opposed to per incident. Any help is appreciated. I am getting ready to file a small claims case against Cavalry Investments and would love to have this information. They have ignored my requests for validation, back dated the account, reported to Experian during the 30 day validation and have not marked any account as disputed. Thanks for any help, Candi
