I posted about a CA that called me one night telling me they were trying to jog my memory about an account placed with them. I had disputed with the CRA's. The CA is Performance Captial, which is under bankruptcy right now, I think. Well, it is deleted on EXP and EQ, but verified on TU. I also find a hard inquiry from them the day before the call. My next step should be validation to them, but do I mention the inquiry. I think they will pull another one, just to be jerks. Any ideas?
