Anyone else been banned from EQ online disputing ? I keep getting the page connot be displayed. PREVIOUSLY I knew it was a zip code/adress problem, but now I don't know what it is although they did update my address. I'm just curious if they bann you from online disputing after so many disputes.
My experience has been that I go through each page of the online dispute form, then when I go to submit it, it gives me the "This page cannot be displayed..."message instead of a confirmation number. I just go back and try again until it is completed. I've only disputed address online twice, so I'm by no means an expert, but I hope that helps. Lisa
I've noticed that if I hit the enter key after I type the zip code, I get the page cannot be displayed message. But if I hit the submit button instead of hitting enter, it works just fine.
