What constitutes permissible purpose for requesting my credit report. I just checked my FICO scores one negative reason for my low score was the number of hard inquiries. I have several that are collection agencies and two that I have no idea what they are. I'm not sure what to do.
In my opinion, even though a collection agency has a PP under section 604 to pull; if you DV them and they cannot or they are unwilling to verify or prove the right to collect, then they had no PP.
