Received my UDF form in from Capital One. Account will be deleted from all of my credit reports. It pays to be persistent. I have been fighting this one for a couple of years. Sent ITS w/lawsuit and they immediately gave in. I must say - CO was my hardest next to a CA who stupidly used "Credit Bureau" in their name. Anyway, "don't give up". You will eventually prevail.
