Three things with amex today: 1. I called Amex wanting to upgrade my green card to the Preferred Rewards Gold. They declined me. I called new accounts and it turns out they declined me for too many inquiries. New accounts overrode the decline and I'll get my card next week. 2. I also applied for the Business gold card since I have a business Delta Optima. That card was approved automatically. 3. I got a letter in the mail yesterday for a preapproved upgrade for my business Delta card from Standard to Platinum. The offer comes with another 15,000 bonus miles, so I think I'll send it on in. Pretty cool Amex day.
