On my experian report they have incorrect variations on my name, SS # and 4 different variations on my current address. Can I get them to correct this? Doesn't it look bad, like I've lived in a bunch of different addresses or is this something I shouldn't even worry about?

Yes, personal information can be disputed. I have had to correct many errors, and many others here have as well. You should correct them. Incorrect personal info can lead to denial of credit, denial of an apartment, denial of a job, and can enable credit fraud in many ways. Also, disputing older personal information (like old addresses) MAY make it easier to dispute older derogatory information.

Nothing to worry about though, and it does not affect your score. Still it is worth correcting.

I disputed old addresses (successfully) and a few other personal items. My bank told me that you only want two addresses (current and one old) to show 'stability'. When I disputed an item after they removed the old addresses, 2 items could not be verified and were removed. Both of the items had been verified 2 times before though.

I also fought with Equifax to correct my employer and remove OLD employers - they still had me with a former employer from 10 years ago. Even though they told me it wasn't relevant, I argued with them. Why would they have irrelevant information on my credit file. They finally corrected it.
