    Has anyone gotten a personal loan or line of credit with these types of scores? Who did you get it from and how much did you get. I need money for a move, and to pay off taxes, about 2k-3K.

    EQF = 584
    EXP = 610
    T.U. = 634

    Try American General Finance. They gave me a loan with little good credit history and pulled Equisux.

    Yep, but mine was for either 1 or 2 years. Just don't be even a day late. Though they claim to have a 10 day grace period, without late fees or late reporting, they will call you the 1st day it is late, write letters, and harass you until you make that payment.

    Bought a four year old Toyota no money down for $8,000 (full book) three years at 4.5% interest at my local credit union.

    My other credit union wanted a co-signer on a 24 month loan for $2,500 at 15.9%, I passed.

    Local bank three months earlier turned me down on a basic checking account. Equifax score 575. Need at least 600.

    Go figure, August will make 4 years since filing chapter 7. Best bet find the local crdit union that looks at the whole picture not just the score.

    Do you think it would be easier to get a credit card or personal loan?
