Now they are simply emailing them to companies. Already got responses from Amex and Cap One they cant accept messages via email. Why they being cheap
...AND THE PROBLEM IS?????????????? YOU PAY HOW MUCH FOR PFB??? YOU have direct address and names for THE IVORY TOWER...use it and not PFB.
I wouldnt complain about something FREE, heck I used PFB with T-Mobile to get a new phone alot cheaper then they would have otherwised offered.
