I wrote a pfb letter to dmb complaining that dmb raised my interest rates to default status even though i was never late or over limit.Received e-mail today that dmb is returning my interets rate back to what it was 14.9
Peeper, congratulation! Could you please share with us how you were able to send to DMB PFB letter? I was looking to send them also complaint regarding CL but I couldnâ??t find them listed on the PFB site? Actually I never used PFB so far, maybe Iâ??m missing something? All i did was go to pfb registered and then in the search section put direct merchants bank.Pfb helps you write the letter and sends it.
Amazing. I've sent two letters to DMB through PFB and have not heard a single thing yet. My issue was a balance transfer offer that DMB withdrew. They offered me 0% for five months on a new application. I applied for the card and was approved, but when I called to do the transfer they said the 0% offer was no longer valid. They did graciously offer to allow me to use a cash advance check at 19% though...how kind of them. Unbelievable. Anyway, I'm glad you had better luck. I just tried to call their offices in Minnesota but they don't even have a number listed. Crazy.
