   Yayyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!! I now have had success with 2 student loan accounts using the goodwill letter via pfb, they both were updated to paid perfect!!!! They were not very bad though, but is is two more I don't have to worry about!!!! Thanks to all of you, I wouldn't have had a clue if I hadn't stumbled across this board!!!
