I tried to use PFB letters for the first time to clear up some late pays. the one sent to Cap One came back saying I need to call them to handle situation. The second one I sent to Shell/Citi came back as undeliverable. I know other people have said they have had success with PFB. No luck this time!
Shanyl... This is I think an exception to the no-call rule... Since it's the executive office of the OC. I am pretty sure that others who have dealt with C1 via PFB, most of them that I can remember off the top of my head, have said that they had to talk to the executive office on the phone.
