Has anybody had any luck with PFB and MBNA???

I send a PFB more than one month ago...

I gave my history with their company...
    10+ years
No limit increase in 7+ years
Perfect payment history with their company

    H/H income
    Employer
    NO LATE PAYMENTS
    NO BK
    NO OVER-LIMIT
    NO COLLECTIONS
    25+ YEARS PERFECT OVER-ALL

I ASKED WHY HAVE I NEVER IN 7 YEARS RECEIVED ANY "PRE-APPROVED" LIMIT INCREASE???
    WHY CAN'T I GET 7.90% (I HAVE 8.90%)

    PFB HAS A "RE-SEND" BUTTON...SHOULD I DO THAT???

...but then CITIBANK has NOT answered either (and it has an "EAR")

I have NO USE for QUANTUM any more...

I asked (months ago) about trading for a different card like AAA that has 5% <CREDIT> for PAY-AT-THE-PUMP

...or AMTRAK 1:1 trade for UNITED MILES

THEY SAID I MUST HAVE THE ACCOUNT PAID TO $0.00 BEFORE THEY WILL DO ANY TRADING!!!

They don't know anything about 7.90% being available for my QUANTUM...

Their $75.00 BT fee is a DOWN SIDE to using the card for a BT unless you can get a VERY LOW RATE like under 5% and BT more than $10,000 into your checking account DIRECT (EFT)
