Just how exactly does Planetdeedback work? I went to fire off 2 goodwill attempts at 2 creditors. Both creditors do not show up iun the search function.

It propmts me to go ahead and write a professional letter and mail it myself giving me PFB letterhead and a PFB reference number. I thought the letter was sent through them online, not snail mail.

Should I still send the printed letter? How is this supposed to help me if the creditor does not have to answer through PFB?

Could somebody give me a hand here?

PFB is a 3rd party...no company is required to respond...

Also they DON'T have every CREDIT CARD/LOAN COMPANY listed...

Have gotten responses to PFB complaints to Fleet and Household. They seem to go to some special complaint mgmt people. Definitely worth a try if the company is already on there, otherwise just write a letter to "office of the president" of the company.

    catleg,

I just wrote a letter to Household today. What was your experience with them? Did they respond favorably and in a timely manner?

    Thanks
