I wrote a nasty letter via PFB to Citibank regarding a 30-day late pay last week. They called today and said that even though they have it on their records, they will delete it from my credit report.

    YEA!!!

    Excellent...

Is it a shared letter? I'm having the same problem with Citi, so far they've blown me off :(

No I did not share it because I included my acct #, ssn, and address in the letter.

    Sorry :(

PFB lets you remove "STUFF" before you SEND (like phone #, SS#, etc)

I did not know that. Thanks for the info. I will edit and share next time I use PFB.

I think George is talking about the ability to remove personal info for the shared letter, but the original letter gets sent with it.

I re-read your post, it was for a current late. Mine is old, probably wouldn't have helped anyway. Thanks :)
