pfb to sears or citi?

    Should I send the pfb to sears or citi

    I got denied. I feel like a loser.

    Sorry you were denied, but you are NOT a loser. Stay positive. Things WILL work out. You've already taken the biggest step. You're here aren't you? :)

    I think Citi is responsive to PFB, but I'm not so sure about Sears. I sent them a PFB letter on Sunday. Their response was that they would have someone call me within 2 days. This was day 2 and still no call. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt. I will be patient a few more days.
    I really think you should try. What do you have to lose? You may be pleasantly surprised. Good luck!!

    Citi owns Sears, so that is where you need to PFB.

    Don't get to down.....I had a sears card many many years ago and due to delinquency, I've never been able to get one since. Tough card to get even with no baddies.

    My experience is that Sears does not respond to any consumer complaints, even through PFB. Next to Walmart, they are probably the worst in responding to consumer problems.
