How long after you have sent a letter via PlanetFeedback is it that you hear back from the company?

It really depends on the company. They sometimes send Emails, somtimes snail mail, so response time varies.

With Capital one, I got a response within a day.

I wrote two letters to the DMV, and got a reponse within 2 weeks both times.

My letter to AT&T was never answered (7 months).

Can you tell us who you wrote? It really isn't a function of pfb, its the creditor.

I sent a letter to CITI. I am just trying to get a ballpark idea before I call in again.

Sorry it took so long for me to respond.

I sent a letter last week, and received a response tuesday via mail. Thanks.

My Cap One complaint was answered by e-mail and telephone on the same day (on two separate occasions). Positive results.

My Providian complaint was answered by snail mail two to three weeks laters (on two separate occasions). Negative results.

My Citibank PFB request was answered by phone the next day. Excellent results.

My BofA compliment was answered by e-mail the next day. The same letter was answered by snail mail the next week from the CEO of BofA, Mr. Lewis. I couldn't believe it. His ink signature on his personal letterhead (water sealed paper and all)...
