    Has anyone had success with posting a letter on Planetfeedback.com? I posted two letters on 05/13/2002, neither has replied.

    I had success with Capital One. Bank of New York has ignored me, and they also didn't respond to emails, mail and faxes. Providian has never replied either.

    I got a phone call from Providian, so did hubby but nothing was resolved with our annual fee because it hasn't actually been charged yet. We're going to try again when they hit.

    I sent a letter to Compaq about my lemon of a laptop, of course no response.

    And also, to Home Depot with no response.
