I have been reading on here about people sending letters by PFB, seems like a good amount of success. Did you mark it as a complaint? Also, not necessarily by PFB but, has anyone tried to get lates removed by Kohl's? Thanks!!!
I think the idea behind PFB is great, as well as thecomplaintstation.com and ripoffreport.com. I think I could make a killing writing copy for the folks that post complaints there. Looking at their grammar and spelling, is it any wonder that companies don't take consumers seriously? No offense intended but.... And here's a Very interesting situation. There was an open letter to a finance company on PFB that absolutely Blasted the company - customer service, billing, ethics, etc. Very well written and didn't look like a pissed off customer - constructive suggestions for keeping their customers happy and running a good business, etc.. I checked back to see if the company would reply and the letter was Gone !!! Evidently, it offended someone in upper management and PFB pulled it. I wish I could have been a fly on the wall for those e-mails. LOL So much for the voice of the consumer, eh kids?
