I use PFB for the first time today to complain about Capital One declining my application. Let's hope it is effective in getting me a card. Can anyone share their PFB experiences? I'm interested in the success rate. Thanks!
Complaining when you want something is not the way to go.....be nice...ask nicely....sound disapointed that you did not get the honor of carrying the card. more flys with honey than vinegar..just my 2 cents...it worked for me
Ive seen reports that all you get back is a e mail saying to call them that they dont respond to e mail anymore. Did you get any kind of e mail reply ?
