I have tried unsucessfully for the last 4 days to pull a PG and a CE report and both have been down for me. Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem??? It is a conspiracy..A conspiracy I tell you.
I haven't been able to get to EQ in several days. I called their customer service rep - a very nice young lady - who said they have been having some system problems. She asked the support people to fix it and told me I would be able to access my report in a few days. She also indicated it shouldn't take that long and they would send me an e-mail when it's fixed. Hell, I even liked their on-hold music!
I am having the same problem, but talked to a supervisor and he said he will escalate ASAP to get it resolved.
