    Here is how Fico works:
A bag of marbles represents the consumer.
CRA 1 shows 25 red marbles in the bag.
CRA 2 reports 25 blue marbles in the sack
CRA 3 Says 25 Green marbles in the bag.
FICO analyzes the information from all three of the CRAS and assigns a score of 75 to the sack made up of 25 each of red blue and green marbles.
Upon opening the sack we find it contains 100 black
    marbles.

Why was Fico unable to assign the correct score?

Consumers paying for reports is nickel and dime stuff compared to the big fleece of credit scoring and reporting.

Why aren't we privileged to know how the scores are calculated?
They are OUR scores after all.

    LOLOL

Well, we all know the problem with that, don't we ?

"Might" and "To that effect" are operative phrases for sure.

Does PG require a credit card be given during the free period so that they can bill you in 60 days? I always worry that when free trials come that way, I am at their mercy to properly process my cancellation.

Has anyone cancelled PG within 60 days? Any billing problems?

I haven't cancelled my free trial yet but when I do, I do it like 2 days BEFORE it's up AND I get the person's name and a confirmation number.

That way, if they error, I have PROOF. :)

I feel the same way, but took a chance in this case. I received a confirmation number when I cancelled, and they never touched my Visa account (Debit card). All is well.

Thanks for the info. According to the PG website, the free trial includes a copy of your credit report. Does this mean just one, or can you get your report every day during the trial? What about scores?

    Thanks,

    Dave

You can get your report every day. You get one score.

Look for the PG Multi thread and ask for the tip.

You can get all three scores. You can view your report daily, and if you want to look at any report you've pulled in the past 30 days you can do that too.
