PG not updating report for me?

    Hello, I decided to order my reports from PG due to everyone on here telling me that You can get daily PG reports, thus bumpage of inquiries. Well, it isn't happening. I have pulled it twice a day for five days now, and it still shows my original report date and does not update at all. I signed up, paid the dollar for the ninety day free trial....anything else I need to know? Thanks for the help. Bryan

    Bry, there's an option to view the (current) credit report, there's one to choose from all previous CRs you've pulled, and there's yet another option (link) to pull a brand new report. It's kind of hard to find, but it's there.

    I signed up also a couple of weeks ago and at first I thought I was crazy. It took me several days to figure it out. After you log in and go to see my reports, on the left is the actions. You have to recorder each day. On the page you fill in you just put your ss#, ok their rules and get report. (the actual wording is a little different, trying to recall off the top of my head). It will then go to a screen that says it is getting the report. When done it will have a little red box that says view report.

    It is kind of a pain, but it does protect you if others have access to your computer.
