Do you guys get this? What's up? Once it happened and eq cleaned me out of about 3 or 4 (yes shocking I know-that they didnt take the opp to really clean me out) inqs then eq and pg let me back on. Last time pg gave me this error message it let me in next time I clicked the button. This time, so far no.
PS, does anyone know why when I pull up the list of my past reports, some of them are listing two on the same day? I am wondering if I didn't wait a full 24 hours? But I am reasonably sure when I pull them they say the correct date. Also, I went away from the PG web page too long, it logged me off that order, now I can't get it to do an order (because it just did one in 24 hrs ) and the current is yesterdays. Why do I do this to myself? I guess because I just b'd 6 I thought I was on a roll.
Did you ever call customer service? I had trouble one day and called them, I tried to pull a report but I got the technical difficulty reply. They pulled the report for me, and it now shows that I pulled twice in one day. Of course, that is the last day I have been able to pull a report. I haven't been able to get a report since June 11. I called them tonight, but they weren't able to help me, told me to call back in the am.
I get the same messsage. I called and they weren't able to help. They opened up a problem ticket and said they would get back to me in 24-48 hours.
I had difficulties three days in a row last week and I currently have no disputes open with anyone. I called customer service (who was very nice) and they sent me my reports via email each day. They said they were having problems with one of the cr's. I do not know which one. Today I haven't been able to access site, but mine was working correctly Friday. Michelle
