I got to it by logging in and going to the 'my benefits' tab and selecting view my 3-in-1 from there. When I try to go to the credit center, it's a blank page.
I can get in, but for me I keep getting error code 70. "Try Again". Anyone else get their report today?
I was able to obtain mine this morning at 6:30am CST. Yesterday I got one of the duplicate order messages. I never received a report yesterday. I think the PG server is possessed.
I just got off the phone with them and they said to call in if you have an error. They said they moved some stuff around on their servers this weekend but it should be back up and running. The gal I talked to said to tell anyone else having problems to call and report them. Phone number is 1-888-609-2455 and choose option 3.
