I got a reply from Phillips himself. I asked how he made out with the class action lawsuit he filed after having his ex-wifes bankruptsy reported on his CR because he was an AU of some of her accounts. He said the lawsuit was denied class action statis but the individual cases settled. Thought you might like to know. I am going through similar AU nightmares.
I did not ask but I figured he would have offered. Is that not public info and if so where could I find it?

Cool. I hope he shows up. From what I've heard he is very nice, has given advice over the phone to someone I know who is in trouble, and couldn't afford him. David Szwak contacted me once or twice regarding my posts on another board. He seemed very nice also. Both appear to be geniunely interesting in doing something about the injustices they see.
