I have a phone bill from another state listed on my CRA. I've contacted the CA and offered to settle for deletion on nuisance grounds, as the amount is <$100. The CA refused such a settlement. I've disputed with the CRA (before finding this board) and they verified. Since then, I've had the associated address removed. Should I re-dispute with the CRA next? I don't have contact info for the CA, so I was considering writing CRA to dispute & request procedures, so as to get contact info for the CA. Suggestions? Gai-jin
I would call the CRA reporting the TL, and ask them for the address for them. They will have it. Send out validation and then re-dispute.

Re: Re: Phone bill @ CA,CRA Verified.Next? Call the CRA and get the CA address so you can send them the VL. Don't talk to CA on Phone.
