Phone # for amex MORE?

    I've read about people having success with talking to MORE at Amex rather than regular customer service. Does anyone have this phone #? Also, what exactly is MORE? Thanks!

    Among other things, MORE can:

    ¥i¤ Manually review & reverse a credit card denial, if the applicant is an existing cardmember©

    ¥ii¤ Move credit lines from one Amex credit card to another©

    [If you use ¥i¤ & ¥ii¤ above, you actually get an indirect credit increase]©

    All of AMEX is USELESS for me...........(except for sock lint collecting)...

    C.E.O.'s assistant couldn't even do anything for me...
