I really suggest that you dispute either via online or US mail CRR, that away you have some sort of proof, and papertrail. I do not suggest disputing over the telephone! Just my opinion though!
Very good point. Geez, I didn't even think of that. That's what happens on Sunday mornings prior to the coffee. Until I got very near the end of my disputing with the cra's, I did every dispute via certified mail, r/r/r. It got a little pricey, but, as I eventually filed suit against my local Experian affiliate, the cert. receipts sure came in handy.
