Hi everyone!! How are you guys?? It has been quite a while since I have been here in this forum, though I do check in every now and again. I do have a question for the community. Has anyone ever dealt with IDT phone service?? If you have, does anyone know the name of the CEO or President or some other higher-up in the company?? I am having major issues with them and I am really really upset!! I have already filed complaints with the FCC and the BBB. Now I want to write a letter to the higher-ups, so that maybe I can get the service that I not only require but demand since I make sure I pay on time every month!! ALF
