I understand when disputing you want to send letters with return receipts. In order to use a return receipt you must have a PHYSICAL ADDRESS and not a P.O. Box. Does anyone know the physical address for TU, Experian, and CSC? Thanks

That is not really correct. You can use a return receipt for a PO box and I have done it for the Credit Reporting Agencies. The PO will leave a notice in the box that an item needs a signature - the drawback is that it may not be signed for until a few days after it actually arrives at the PO box.

You can send a certified letter to a PO Box... check forms 3800 and 3811... :)

I like those helpful links. Consumers can do it all themselves for just the price of a few certified letters.

Has anyone tried doing the post office's online certified mail? I just did a round of investigations online (first time trying electronic), but I think that I will use online certified the next go around.

I think Christine over at Bayhouse has used the USPS online certified letter.
