Due you deal with CBC of Columbus on your equifax credit report? Do you by chance have thier fax number? Have you ever sent disputes to them via fax? I want to fax as well as snail mail...crrr Hows your lawsuit going???
I actually deal with CBC credit services in middleburg heights(cleveland). I have all the info for their but not your place.
They are pleasant to deal with, NOT! I wish I could dispute straight to Equifax. CBC (middleburg heights) actually sent me the verification form signed by the creditor when I got tough with them. I have not had good luck with them!
