I think it depends on the company. I sent a complaint to Cross Country Bank, 11 days and counting, no response. I'm not holding my breath.
Earthlink refunded the money they took out of my checking account 1 day after writing. I just sent one to Aspire. Jill
I wrote a letter to Cap1 last night at about 8pm and got a response in my inbox this morning at 7:30am. Not too shabby. Now I have to give them a call and see if they can get some more praise! Dustin
