When you write a letter to planet feedback is it always published? (I dont need it to be) I want to try to remove some late pays. Thank you to anyone who takes a minute out of thier day to respond!
There is a box towards the end that you have to click to publish it. If you do not click it then nobody sees it except you the the person you are writing to. I use planetfeedback all the time. "Heck, I got a call last night from providian. I had their card 1 1/2 years and never missed a payment. They never raised my CL over the original $300 even with scores above 700. I finally closed the account 2 weeks ago and wrote them telling what I thought of their service. I also told them I would tell all the credit forums what a ripoff they were. Last night they call and apologize and say they are removing my last annual fee from my card. Well, it is something but the card is still remaining closed.
