GOOD NEWS!!! I had written to Capital One about their stingy limits and crappy interest rate, and I called them tonight, and they lowered my interest rate AND raised my credit limit. I had a $500 limit, and they upped it to $1,000. I also asked about the interest rate, and the lady asked me what I was thinking, and I said "how low can you go" and she told me 12.9%. I said, do it. So I got a 2 for 1 thing! 12.9% and $1,000 limit. I'm really happy now!!! Capital One now has the second best rate out of all my cards!!! Hopefully I can get that credit limit up later too, and upgrade to the gold card!!!
