I wrote a letter through Planet Feedback to Capital One trying to unsecure my partially secured Cap1 card on July 6 (card is secured with $99 and I have a $500 limit)...I have had the card for 9+ months now with an excellent payment history and was recently given an unsecured Cap1 Platinum MC with a fixed 14.9% interest rate...what is the normal response time for them to get back to me?
