I got a response back from Cap1 this morning regarding my Planet Feedback letter sent last night. I called during lunch break and spoke with the Customer Advocate. I got my intereste from 19.9% to 17.9%, and he doubled my credit limit to $600 (was $300). I got an increase 2 weeks ago for $100. How long have you had your account? I am supposed to call them about mine tomorrow which has been open about 14 months.
It has only been 5 months.... I got the $99 for $200 offer. The gentleman said that they are usually pretty conservative until you get a good relationship with them. If you are not happy with the increase or APR, and the retention number doesn't do any good, use Planet Feedback. Now, only if I could get JVC to listen and replace my broken DVD player! Dustin
