I sent a compliment to Citbank because I am so happy with my recent $1000 increase. I also sent a compaint to Bally Total Fitness. My membership ended on March 15 and they took out $24 from my bank without my permission. I could see if I had money BA but I didn't. I paid off my 3 year membership in the summer of 1999 and obviously there was no BA needed. I noticed on the 21st of March and notified them by email. The return of my funds wasn't processed until March 28th and as of April 17 I still don't have my money. I AM MAD. I'LL LET YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT HAPPENS. I AM EXPECTING A CALL FROM THE GUY AT CAPTIAL ONE TOMORROW (MY OTHER COMPLAINT).
