These letters can also be shared on the website itself (viewable to all), so other consumers can see how companies "stack-up"(Of course some of the complaints you have to take with a grain of salt) Many have found this site helpful when trying to resolve an issue that they otherwise may not have been able to get resolved through regular phone customer service.
