I just wanted to share with you all how I used planetfeedback with DirecTV. Last month, DirecTV tried to charge me for channels I did not authorize. Thus, I filed a complaint via planetfeedback after the customer rep for DirecTV told me he could not do anything for me. Within 3 days I had a person leave a message for me stating all charges have been reversed. Planetfeedback is a wonderful thing. Mike G. (I would like to point out I have been here over a year )

Planetfeedback worked for me in a dispute with Providian. It does work if you take the time to send the messsage! judy
