I sent a letter via planet feedback to chase with a problem . Has anyone else had success with chase via Planet feedback.I called chase and got the usuall rude superviser that would cut you off in mid sentance and repeat like a tape recorder do you want me to send you a copy of your cardholder aggrement. I am a Chase customer for personal banking and credit accounts. I had a problem with Chase about customer service so I wrote a letter to the executive offices. I got an apology letter and response. I got no where when I called about my credit card account. I am pretty happy with my credit card terms to I didnt push for rate reduction too much. I think that a letter through planetfeedback my work. I like Chase and I think the phone reps are just programmed to not give increases often or often.
