Just wanted to thank dogman this is a great site!!!!I got to write a letter to Providian about the 1 card limit for internet use and charge 5.00 for pay by phone. I have had really rude customer service people when asking ? about the charge. hope this site gets some results keep u posted.

RE: planetfeedback.com Thanks I pay both my providian cards online and can access both of them. I have different sign on names but never had any problem setting them up or accessing them both. Try using different sign on names.
