Has anyone used Planetfeedback to contact FCNB? I wrote to them a week ago and haven't had a reply. Has anyone had any luck with them? Thanks!

Zoe, I wrote FCNB a PlanetFeedback letter over 45 days ago and have had no response. I wrote them again about two weeks ago and no response yet.

FCNB sucks, in my opinion. Even if I resolve my serious problems with them, I'll never be their customer again. Any company that doesn't bother to respond to, or even acknowledge receipt of, a PlanetFeedback letter isn't worth crud in my book.

I doubt they will respond. I doubt they care. At this point, I am not hopeful that I will have my problems resolved. Which means they aren't getting one thin dime from me. They aren't the only ones who can ignore someone.

I hope things go better for you. Keep us informed as to your progress, and good luck.

I have been trying to get my situation with FCNB handled since January!!! They had reported wrong information on a Spiegel account from 1997. I wrote to FCNB on January 6th. Finally got a reply in the middle of April. They acknowledged their mistake and promised to correct the tradeline on the credit reports. The reports have not been changed and the bureaus keep "verifying" the accounts. Grrrrrr!!

    Zoe,
You have let FCNB and the CB's get away with violating the FCRA. Have you sent any complaints to the FTC and/or your state consumer affairs department? They have 30 days. Not 7 months. You could probably win a judgement in small claims court if you kept a paper trail.
