Ok, I have just sent a letter through planetfeedback to GM about the smoldering piece of car that I pay $450.00 a month for. How long does it take for a response usually. I sent a copy to state elected officials also...can't wait. I hope I get a response.....
Well, just some kind of response...it is such a long story, but this car I tell you is a junker...bought it brand new and it sucks...bad...has been junk since I bought it...I'm just mad and wanted to address my concerns.....I really would like it if the car spontaneously combusted...LOL
GM has been my one "non-success" w/planetfeedback, unfortunately. My issue was that they held my payments over the holidays (sent them weeks in advance). They blamed the weather, the holidays, the post office, el nino, sharks....everyone but them. Jerks. Hope you have better luck.
What I don't get is allowing 7 to 10 days for a payment to post. Aren't they required to( Post-Credit ) payments on date received ? Takes 3 days Max. from date mailed for them to get it. This being so no payment should be credited later than 4 days after you mailed it!
