I sent a request to Citibank via Planet Feedback to ask them to reconsider me for a Diners. How long should it take before I can expect to hear from Citibank?

It really isn't a function of Planetfeedback, its the creditor mainly. They get the correspondence immediately...some (like Providian or Bank of America) responded within 10 days; others have yet to respond to a letter that I sent over two months ago. Some have said that they "don't discuss accounts over the internet for security purposes". Yeah, right.

I think two weeks is a good rule of thumb, but it has taken as long as three months for an airline complaint.

Of course there is also Cap1 which is one business day! I think that is the quickest of them all at PF.

Everyone loves chelechele! Don't worry, since it was on Thursday, Friday would be the one business day to wait, and since the "executive offices" are closed on the weekend, you should be getting a phone call on Monday! Let us know how it turns out...what did you ask for?

Um, well...it might have been a little far fetched and out of my league...but I asked for a higher initial credit limit due to the fact that I wanted to use this card for gas purchases only....starting limit is low...I figured "you never know until you ask..."
