I just sent a complaint to Providian about not updating my credit report as paid in full. I had an account closed a couple years ago which I settled last year. It's still showing a charged-off on all of my credit reports. Let's see if this is a good way to update your credit reports. I must also say that I will be filing a compliment for capital one for how they handled my account after I submitted a complaint via planetfeedback. You cant always offer negative comments. I am going to slip a comment about wanting a lower Annual Fee in there. lol Mike G.
