Has anyone had a situation where you wrote a company through planet feedback and never got a reply? I wrote chase bank telling them to remove their tradeline showing on my experian report since I'm an AU not the primary card holder, and I haven't gotten a reply back yet (that was a little over a week ago) I'm wondering what to do next. Thanks in advance!
Chase is really good about responding to PFB. You'll probably hear from them in another week or three. Some people *cough*DISCOVER*cough* could care less about your PFB letter, but Chase definitely pays attention, at least in my experience.
I had Chase repsond to me, a little over a week I believe. And it went to a knowledgable person who understood my request and did what I asked. Their response was much better than any other company I ever PFB'd so far. Becuase as I said, it went to a knowledgable person, more than I can say for virtually any other company I have ever dealt with.
I sent a PF letter to Sears about two months ago and never got an answer. Like I have said about Sears, when they promise 100% satisfaction, they mean they will be 100% satisfied, not you.
No reply from GMAC Mortgage from a letter sent over a month ago. I may send another one soon. Cap1 always replies quickly.
