Okay guys I went to planetfeedback and sent in a complaint about my Capital One card. I just got a call from Eugene Cook and he has credited my account $187 and lowered my APR to 15% fixed (which is still high but better than the previous) then he told me to call back and get a credit increase once I have made a few payments. Okay now I'm rocking!!! My credit will post tonite. So far since I have been on this board I have been able to clean up my credit. I have 2 more accounts to go!!!!! I managed to get a large credit and a decreased APR from Citibank by talking my way through it. Thanks board..you guys have really taught me alot...and Shantel if you are out there come down the street and see a sista will ya!
Thanks everyone....yes I am truly happy today! Got some inquiries deleted via Credit Expert. This process is going much quicker than I thought that it would. Equifax here I come!
