For all you planetfeedback users, I recently wrote letters to the following companies: FirstUSA Discover Next Card Can you tell me: 1) How long they take to respond? 2) Do they respond by mail, phone, or email? 3) Do they normally change as requested in letter or firm with their current conditions?? I used PlanetFeedBack about 4 times, and got good results. 1. Response time varied with the companies I complained about. It took up to 3-4 weeks for some. 2. I got email and snail mail responses. 3. I didn't get what I requested from DMB, but the retail companies tried to satisfy my needs. I found that everything varied according to the company, but I was satisfied with the fact that they all responded to PFB. Good Luck!
I wrote a letter to Discover via Planetfeedback on May 16. I still have not received a response. I finally had to send a letter to the Inquiry Specialist via mail. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he responds. Dani
