Last night I sent 3 letters via planetfeedback. I sent one to Chase, one to Citibank, and one to Wells Fargo.

Chase - I complained about my credit limit and lack of long term bt offers.

Citibank - I complained about my apr, and how my account did not qualify to speak with retention. My apr is prime + 3.24.

Wells Fargo - I complained about my apr. My apr is prime + 5.9.

Anybody have any luck with Chase and Wells Fargo with Planet Feedback? I know some have had luck with Citibank.

I'll keep you updated when I hear from these companies.

I normally try to send complimentary letters and then put in a request for apr reduction, line increase at the end. So far I have had luck this way with getsmart ( reduced to 16.9), citibank ( prime +2.9) and nextcard ( 12.99)

I sent mine as a question, not a complaint, so hopeful that will help.

I guess the wording of my first post was that I complained, but inquired is better wording.
